Products for
PFAS Sample Preparation

X-TRACTION loaded with 4 bottles | © LCTech GmbH

X-TRACTION® PFAS

  • Best method for the extraction of long-chain PFAS
  • Better results compared to standard extraction methods
  • Fast and simple extraction of PFAS
Front view loaded MIX-TRACTION | © LCTech GmbH

MIX-TRACTION

  • Mixing, extraction, dissolving and emulsification of diverse samples
  • High-performance vertical shaking, faster and more efficient than shaking by hand
  • PFAS extraction US EPA-compliant, e.g. US EPA 1633 (2nd draft) (shaking by hand)

FREESTYLE SPE PFAS

  • Free of blank values due to PTFE-free materials (compliant with all common PFAS regulations/standards, such as US EPA 1633)
  • All SPE standard formats from 1 - 15 mL can be used on the SPE rack
  • Up to 4 bars of positive pressure when loading the samples on the column, enables the processing of samples containing non-dissolved sample matrix (e.g. for river water)
  • Double-walled needle for effecting rinsing during the quantitative transfer of the sample, and aspiration from containers closed with septa
  • Possibility of Dual-SPE (2 SPE columns one after the other within one method)
  • Unsupervised processing of a sequence also possible overnight via pressure monitoring (non-stop policy)

FREESTYLE XANA PFAS

  • Free of blank values due to PTFE-free materials (compliant with all common PFAS regulations/standards, such as US EPA 1633)
  • Fully automated system for max. 24 samples of up to 1L in one sequence. High throughput due to parallel sample processing (e.g. 24 samples according to US EPA 537.1 in just 6.5 hours)
  • Time-optimised interlacing of the process with parallel processing of up to 7 samples
  • Up to 4 bars of positive pressure when loading the samples on the column, enables the processing of samples containing non-dissolved sample matrix (e.g. for river water)
  • Unsupervised processing of a sequence also possible overnight via pressure monitoring (non-stop policy)
  • All common 3 mL or 6 mL columns can be used.
  • Very good results for PFAS analysis, can also be used for a wide range of applications in water analysis (e.g. PAHs, pesticides, pharmaceutical analytes)

FREESTYLE XANA PFAS TableTop

  • Free of blank values due to PTFE-free materials (compliant with all common PFAS regulations/standards, such as US EPA 1633)
  • Fully automated system for 30 samples of up to 250 mL in one sequence. High throughput due to parallel sample processing (e.g. 30 samples according to US EPA 537.1 in just 9 hours)
  • Up to 4 bars of positive pressure when loading the samples on the column, enables the processing of samples containing non-dissolved sample matrix (e.g. for river water)
  • Unsupervised processing of a sequence also possible overnight via pressure monitoring (non-stop policy)
  • All common 3 mL or 6 mL columns can be used

EluCLEAN™ Columns

  • SPE column solutions to prepare PFAS samples in various matrices, such as drinking water, solid and aqueous environmental samples, food and feed samples
  • Proprietary SPE columns with various interactions to improve the recovery rates of long-chain PFAS (> C13) and neutral sulfonamide PFAS
  • Corresponds to international and national standards
  • Enrichment and clean-up with just one cartridge
  • Outstanding recovery rates and low standard deviations
D-EVA Vacuum Concentration | © LCTech GmbH

D-EVA

  • Sensor-controlled final vacuum
  • No analyte losses due to automatic switch-off at 400-800 µL
  • No introduction of PFAS from the environment during evaporation
  • Faster evaporation than with standard methods 23 samples of 40 mL methanol to 400 to 800 µl under 3 h
  • Standard laboratory equipment such as Falcon tubes can be used
