About Aflatoxin M1

Aflatoxin M1 (M = milk) is produced within the organism of animals from aflatoxin B1 after consumption with the feed and subsequently is found
in milk.

Especially for this application field LCTech developed the immunoaffinity columns AflaCLEAN M1 Select and AflaCLEAN M1 SMART.
The columns guarantee best results even at difficult matrices.

Both column formats are suitable for the manual processing and for
fully automated processing e.g. with the LCTech robotic system FREESTYLE SPE.

The AflaCLEAN M1 Select columns are available in a 3 mL polypropylene format. The quality of the columns is so high that even in difficult matrices, e.g. baby food, excellent results can be achieved.

To speed up processing, the SMART format of the immunoaffinity columns is a good option. With a sample processing time of less than 20 minutes, the total processing time is significantly reduced in comparison with the 3 mL columns.
