The installation of a device is easier and goes smoother, if some details are clarified in advance.
To ensure fast processing in case of maintenance or repair it makes also sense to discuss some issues in advance.
Hence please contact your local distributor for all issues.

If there is no LCTech distributor in your country we kindly ask you to fill out the contact form below. Alternatively you find the documents needed on the side bar for download. Please fill them out and send them to us. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Service at the LCTech facility

Sometimes it can be necessary to have a device repaired directly at the LCTech location in Dorfen, Germany.
We are doing our best to finish the repair quickly to bring you back into business, so that you can handle your samples as usually. 
You may support us considering following points

  • LCTech only accepts devices in case you have applied for and received a RGA number in advance.
  • Please place a repair order in written form in advance and don’t forget to fix an affirmation of harmlessness well visible attached to the shipment.
