In September 2005 the Act reforming the food and feed law took effect. (LFGB – Lebens- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch, German food and feed law)
§35 of the LMBG (Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenständegesetz, German food and feed law) was replaced by the now valid §64.
As extension feed is now regulated in §64 paragraph 2. For food, consumer goods and cosmetics the regulations have not changed in essence. Thus the method L 00.00-34 “Modular multi-method for the determination of pesticide residues in food” (extended new version of the DFG method S19 ) can still be found in §64.
