AflaREAD quantitatively detects aflatoxin B1 - a mycotoxin, harmful even in low concentrations in food and therefore strictly regulated by law.
The ELISA kit AflaREAD fast is a special variant for the detection of aflatoxin B1 in peanuts and maize. It reduces operation time to less than 45 minutes.
The kits are delievered ready-to-use. They contain a 96-well ELISA plate (8-well stripes can be used separately), standard solutions and all needed substances. A comprehensive manual guides you through the effective and easy analysis.
Even for difficult matrices no prior clean-up of the sample extract (like SPE or immunoaffinity columns) is needed.

The direct comparison of measurements using AflaREAD with results from immunoaffinty columns and HPLC/FLD shows very good consistencies.
