The method by the AOAC describes the cleaning-up of 10 organochloride pesticides in animal fats with gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
It can nevertheless also be used for organochloride pesticides and PCB congeners. For these purposes a bio-beads S-X3 GPC column with cyclohexane/dichlor methane as eluent is used.
For processing the GPC LCTech offers an interesting range of products, from simple manual up to fully automated systems.
